Daily home screening for students
Parents as we get closer to the start-up of school we ask for you assistance in screening your child prior to their arrival at school. We want to minimize the spread of COVID and prevent the school from having to shut down for 10 days. During these shut downs the school would then have to return back to a distance learning model and we would prefer to have your children in our school on a daily basis.

Parent Walk Through Signups
Yearly Information Conformation
Our online yearly data confirmation process must be completed before you will have access to the online student
schedule.
This online process is more convenient and allows us to ensure that we have current information, required authorizations, and up-to-date emergency contacts. With so much change in the air it is vital we have your most up to date contact information. This process, on average, takes about 10 minutes and may also be completed on a mobile device. If you do not have access to the internet or if you need assistance, you may come to the main office
Tuesday – Thursdays from 10:00 AM to 3:00 PM or by appointment to complete this process.
Once you have finished your confirmation you and your student will gain access to the student’s schedule via the Parent Portal or Student Portal. You must have already enrolled your student with Lassen High School to receive a Parent Portal account. For returning students/parents your portal information will be the same. For newly enrolled students the schedule will be available through the Parent Portal. Students receive access to the student portal the first week of school. Make sure you check the email you used to enroll your student as this is the email we used to create your Parent Portal account. Freshman Orientation
The Freshmen Orientation will begin on Monday, August 17, 2020 at 5:00 PM please meet on the Lassen High football field. The information given during the meeting will be important for our ninth grade parents.
Lockers
Sophomores, Juniors and Seniors will be provided a locker upon request after the first week of school.
Please note that students should not use their cars in place of a locker.
Student Insurance
Student insurance may be available for purchase through a 3rd party to cover student injuries sustained on campus. Insurance is required for student athletes. If you purchase a 3rd party student insurance plan,
please provide a paid receipt when applying for an athletic clearance.
Student Pictures and ID Badges
A Life Touch photographer will be scheduled to visit Lassen High School. ID badges will be ready and dispersed shortly after. The date for pictures is to be determined.
