Transparency
Our commitment:
Lassen Union High School District (LUHSD) is committed to always doing what is best for our students. We believe in open and accountable government and for that reason we are committed to transparency so that staff, students, parents and the community see our processes.
Financial Transparency
LUHSD is committed to responsible fiscal management, ensuring taxpayer resources are used efficiently to support classrooms and schools. The district maintains transparency by providing accurate financial documents, available in the Documents section of our website. If you need assistance finding a document or have questions about financial transactions, please contact the District Office during business hours or use the Contact Us page. Please note, some transactions may seem unusual but are standard when viewed in context, and we welcome any questions.
State & Federal Transparency
LUHSD is committed to transparency in school planning and compliance with state and federal regulations. We ensure that key plans, such as the Single Plan for Student Achievement (SPSA) and the Local Control and Accountability Plan (LCAP), are readily available to the public. These documents outline how we use state and federal funds to support student success. Parents and community members are encouraged to review these plans, and we provide notifications to keep you informed of important updates. You can find these documents in the Documents section of our website, and we welcome any questions through our District Office or the Contact Us page.
