Lassen High School Class of 2021 brings you a Winter-Wonderland Prom on Saturday, January 18th from 8-11 pm. Winter Wonderland Prom Bids go on sale January 6th and will be $20 for a single and $35 for a couple. For a chance to win a free prom bid hashtag your promposal #lhswinterwonderland. Save the date and start thinking about what to wear!
Reminder you must clear all holds before you can go to prom. Please check the list in the library
CSF Members If you did not turn in your community service hours over break, please return it in before our next meeting Thursday January 30st @ lunch
Ultimate Grad Company packet and ring purchases will be held in the Library Friday, Jan. 24th.
Two-day hunter safety course in Janesville January 25th and February 1st, for anyone interested in joining the JV Claybreaker team this year or next. Check it out under “Learning” on the CDFW website
Softball Open Gyms Start January 15th open gyms will be on Wednesdays and Saturdays from the times listed in the small gym. Wednesday Nights from 7:00 pm to 8:30 Saturdays from 10:00 am to 11.
Baseball Open Gyms Start January 14th open gyms will be on Tuesdays for Varsity from 3:15-5:30 and JV with be on Thursdays at 5:15
*For any student that does not have an office pass and goes to the parking lot WILL receive a detention.
*Seniors if you do not have a 5th or 6th period class please head home after lunch.

The SAT will be offered at Lassen High School October 5th, (Registration Deadline Oct. 3rd) and March 14th (Registration Deadline Feb. 14th). You must register at www.sat.org. There are late registration dates for additional fees.
The ACT will be offered at Lassen High School October 26th (Registration Deadline Sept. 20th). Register at www.act.org.
Fee Waivers are available in counseling for those who qualify.
The Lassen High Chapter of the California Scholarship Federation (CSF) is now accepting first semester applications from Sophomores, Juniors and Seniors who earn stellar grades and serve in our community. Applications are currently available in the Counseling office. If you need assistance please see Shanda or Mrs. Satica – we would be glad to help you fill out the application, or drop your completed application off in Counseling!
Attention Students! The University of Nevada Reno has reached out and would like to come talk with our students! We have set up Tuesday October 1st for them to be here. UNR will have a drop-in booth at lunch on October 1st.
Staff and Students – use the ReplayIt app for Lassen HS to upload pictures from phones to our yearbook! We will take all school pictures. Get in the yearbook. Yearbooks are currently $85.00 until Oct. 1st then the price goes up. Go to www.jostens.com to buy on-line.
Cooking Club-will meet every Tuesday during lunch in room 116. Please stop by any time!
Lassen Volleyball Alumni Game and Street Taco feed: Tuesday September 10th at 5:30 in the gym. You can buy tickets at the door for $8 each! First game is at 6pm, see you in the Cave!
